1. No Refunds on Services

All purchases for online personal training services, including but not limited to monthly subscriptions, personalized workout plans, live sessions, and consultation fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once payment has been processed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted.

2. Non-Transferable Services

All training sessions, classes, and programs are non-transferable. They cannot be reassigned, gifted, or transferred to another individual.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least [X hours/days] notice before your scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• If you miss or cancel a session without proper notice, it will not be rescheduled or refunded.

• In the rare case that I need to reschedule a session, I will notify you as soon as possible, and an alternative time will be offered.

4. Subscription & Auto-Renewal

• If you have signed up for a recurring subscription, you are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring timely cancellation if you do not wish to continue.

• No partial refunds or pro-rated amounts will be issued if you decide to stop training mid-subscription.

5. Technical Issues & Personal Circumstances

• I am not responsible for issues related to internet connectivity, personal device malfunctions, or software problems that may prevent you from attending a session.

• No refunds will be given due to personal emergencies, schedule conflicts, travel, or other unforeseen personal circumstances.

6. Force Majeure

I am not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, power outages, or other circumstances beyond my control. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Policy Acceptance
